Removal of condition 12 (Variation of road traffic order) of planning permission 21/01979/FUL (Demolition of 2no. 2 storey buildings. Retention and redevelopment of 1no. 3.5 storey building, including the erection of a 2 storey extension to provide 5no. 1 bed and 1no. 2 bed apartments (use class C3). Erection of 2no. 4 bed dwelling houses fronting Randolph Street (use class C3). Provision of landscaping, cycle and refuse storage. (Amended description, plans and supporting information) to allow the 2no. 4 bedroom dwelling houses to be eligible for parking permits.
