Single storey front extension with flat roof over, Rooflight and parapet. Demolition of enclosed porch and replacement with canopy roof. Alterations to roof raising ridge line and increasing pitch, adding flat roof section to centre, and formation of 4 dormers creating habitable accommodation in the roof space. Changes to fenestration facilitating internal alterations.
