Proposal
Hip to gable roof alteration to rear, incorporation of rooflights to the side of the new roof, and new dormer to the existing side roof. Alterations to fenestration throughout, including updated windows and doors, moving of window on ground floor side elevation and installation of sliding aluminium doors to rear.
