Proposed change of use of the former stables (Building B) for a learning space, office, with kitchen and partitioned storage area and WC, internal changes, repairs to the roof, replacement of 2 ventilation flues on roof, fixing of removable photovoltaic panels on the south-facing part of the roof, rebuilding of chimneys and other brickwork, internal insulation and new flooring, part replacement/reinstatement of original windows and door, new door to provide access to the walled garden on east side, and single storey extension. Conversion of the potting shed (Building A) to form a WC and washing facilities, and the part replacement/reinstatement of 2 existing windows and 1 door.
