The conversion of Sundridge House to five apartments with restoration works to include the removal of the front and parts of the rear extensions, repairs to the elevations, new windows and over-cladding insulation; the demolition of the existing garage and construction of four mews houses on its footprint and garden land to its rear; insertion of solar panels; the closure of the existing access to the west of the house and the restoration of the former access to its east; the provision of car parking on part of the existing car park land; landscaping works; the removal of five trees and all associated works.
