Application for approval of reserved matters following outline approval for four buildings (A-D) located to the East & West of School Square, Sherford which include 15 one-bedroom apartments, 25 two-bedroom apartments, & 4No retail spaces and a Nursery totalling 14,215 sq ft, with all necessary infrastructure including, on parcel highways, drainage, landscaping & substation, as part of the Local Centre of the Sherford New Community pursuant to Outline approval ref: 7_49/2426/06/O (which was an EIA development & an Environmental Statement was submitted)
