Proposal
The works involve two gate replacements, from rotting soft-wood to idigbo hard wood: 1. the exisitng soft-wood front gate (2 x 2,240W x 1,800H), on the North-facing side 2. the existing pedestrian gate (1,360W x 1,780H), on the South, river-facing side.
