Application to discharge the Student Housing Restriction planning obligations set out at Schedule One Paragraph 6 of the Section 106 Agreement dated the 26th June 2013 and Schedule One Paragraph 4 of the Section 106 Agreement dated the 7th November 2013, allowing the continued class C3 use of the development without compliance with the student occupation restriction applying to the residential units
