Change of use from bus depot (Sui Generis use class) to waste vehicle depot (Sui Generis use class), demolition of existing buildings and erection of ancillary office and welfare building, workshop, wash bay, EV charging units, fire partitions, fuel and water tanks and new electricity substation, along with associated hard and soft landscaping, car and cycle parking and refuse storage and other associated works.
