Removal of gas fired boilers and installation of air source heat pumps and associated pipework on the roof with acoustic screening in the ground service yard and flat roof to the rear of the building. Amendment to the location of the pedestrian gates for fire escape. For-like replacement of existing pool curtain walling and rooflights.
