Variation to Condition 2 relating to planning permission 25/00349/PAP for prior Approval Notification for the erection of a one storey upwards extension over the existing commercial building, to provide 21 self-contained flats, to allow for the incorporation of updates to the approved proposed elevations and GA plan: Juliet Balconies and associated balconies added to front and rear elevation of single storey extension. Window and balcony door apertures reduced slightly on single storey extension. Minor internal alterations to single storey extension layout plan due to existing building conditions
