Proposal
Retrospective permission for the formation of a hardstanding driveway and associated dropped kerb. Replacing the kerb at the side of the property to normal height from where the old drive was This application is submitted retrospectively following the sign off of a dropped kerb by the council?s highways department. The driveway provides off-street parking, reducing on-street congestion. Surface water is managed within the property and does not drain onto the public highway.
