Proposal

Erection of a part one, part two side/rear extension, conversion of loft including raising main ridge line and dormer extensions at front, side and rear to form 2 additional flats at first and second floor of the main building, provision of car parking, cycle and refuse storage, amenity space and associated landscaping. Erection of a single storey rear extension and alterations to side and rear fenestrations to the detached bungalow at the rear.
