Proposal
Hybrid Application: A) Full planning application for the erection of a warehouse unit (Use Class B2/B8) - 9290 square metres, with ancillary offices and staff facilities and reconfiguration of an existing access, landscaping and other associated works. B) Outline planning application (with all matters reserved except for access) for the expansion of an existing business park, including the erection of up to 22,900 sq. metres of general industrial and storage use (Use Class B2/B8) and the erection of up to 2,712 sq. metres of light industrial use (Use Class E) with ancillary Class E uses (offices, food, indoor recreational facilities). The relocation of a day centre and sports and social club (Use Class E). Outdoor sport and recreation facility (Use Class F). The provision of a mobility hub, pedestrian/cycle links, landscaping, drainage, and other associated works.
