Part retrospective application for the use of the site for trailer parking for 24-hour use together with laying of hardstanding and part proposal for flexible use of the site for such trailer parking (Sui Generis) or open storage (Class B8) of items including but not limited to aggregates, containers, plant / machinery, vehicles, building materials and other similar materials / goods, and including repairing of existing and provision of new hardstanding, together with landscaping improvements, acoustic fencing, site office, external lighting, parking, and all other associated works.
