Subdivision of existing single residential dwelling above existing shop into one bedroom flat and two-bedroom maisonette including extensions to rear NE elevation. Existing shop to be maintained as Class E with changes to façade design, materials and formation of a separate residential entrance. Increase size of existing rear dormer including formation of external balcony.
