Temporary change of use at ground and first floor level from residential to provide meanwhile retail/ commercial uses, including a public house and hot food takeaway (Use Class E and Sui Generis), together with minor external alterations including shopfronts and installation of a temporary toilet block, relandscaping of front gardens, provision for fire escape and cycle and refuse stores to facilitate and support the wider estate regeneration programme of the Aberfeldy Estate.
