Proposal

Remodelling of the existing dwelling to include: three storey front, side and rear extensions, single storey rear extension, conversion of the loft into habitable living accommodation with a rear dormer and raising of the ridge height. External alterations to include new/replacement windows and doors, balcony, alterations to the external materials on the existing dwelling, and alterations to the vehicular access including new gates.
