Essex County Council Consul;ation on ESS/53/24/UTT - Consolidation of existing planning uses (aggregates treatment facility - sui generis; concrete batch and concrete block manufacture - B2/B8; and welfare and offices - Class E). Together with proposals for the creation of a new vehicular access and internal haul road; a new wash plant, 2-storey modular weighbridge office and additional car parking area for use in association with the aggregate treatment facility; a new steel portal-framed workshop building; new drainage and landscaping; and various other changes to the site layout including relocation of the concrete batching plant (part retrospective)
