Proposal

Without planning permission, and sited on the Land in the indicative positions as shown on plan 2 attached to this notice (Plan 2), the undertaking of various operational development including: (i) the carrying out of engineering operations to level and terrace parts of the Land including the construction of hardsurfacing, paving, patios, steps, ramps and paths, shown coloured green on Plan 2, and retaining walls shown coloured orange on Plan 2; (ii) the erection of a building shown coloured blue and numbered 1 on Plan 2; (iii) the erection of building for use as a BBQ house shown coloured blue and numbered 2 on Plan 2; (iv) the erection of a chicken coop building shown coloured blue and numbered 3 on Plan 2; (v) the erection of a pergola shown coloured blue and numbered 4 on Plan 2; and (vi) the erection of a boundary fence along the front boundary of the Land shown coloured yellow on Plan 2.(VE23/131)
