Section 73 to continue development permitted under permission P21/V1790/CC (R3.0046/21) (Erection of a single storey extension to provide a teaching block with 5 new classrooms to allow increase from 0.5FE to 1FE; part demolition of existing school hall/kitchen and the erection of a single extension to provide a new enlarged school hall/kitchen, associated internal alterations, alterations and reconfigurations of external outdoor hard and soft play areas, including sports pitches; parking/cycle storage; and associated landscaping and external works, along with temporary construction access and site compound) without complying with conditions 6 and 8 to reflect that the playing field referred to in these conditions and provided under a separate, revised planning permission now makes it unnecessary to have these conditions on this permission, in reference to the playing field
