Increase of eaves height of two storey rear extension to form a flat roof and formation of second floor roof terrace with frosted glass balustrade above. Alterations to window locations at front. Extensions and alterations in connection with change of use from large HMO (Sui Generis) into residential (Class C3) consistng 1x 3 bedroom, 1 x 2 bedroom and 2 x 1 bedroom flats. Provision of waste storage.
