Proposal
Erection of a timber garden shed within the existing private rear garden, to be used for storage of garden tools and personal belongings and occasional shelter from the weather. The shed will remain ancillary to the residential use of the flat. No change of use is proposed and no services (water, drainage or electricity) will be installed
