change of use and conversison of existing ground floor Sui Generis Take-away food unit into new Phamracy Class E unit. Existing Residential Class C3 unit at levels 01/02/loft to remain as existing. External alterations with shop conversion including new shop front , new side entrance and bin store doors at rear. Removal of all flues and ventilation associated with existing take-away unit.
