Internal and external alterations to include changes to internal layout over ground and first floors, provide existing retail unit with a kitchenette and wc and conversion of small part of shop floor to create back hall for existing residential property. Provision of glazed link between main house and rear wool barn, canopy over principle entrance and changes to doors and fenestration.
