Amendments to planning permission dated 22nd May 2024 (RN:23/07147/FULL) for Use of office accommodation (Class E) to a single residential dwelling (Class C3) including rebuilding of rear extension at rear lower ground floor level, provision of external plant within rear courtyard; and other associated works, all in connection with the land use swap with 1-2 Berkeley Mews namely, to amend the description of development in so far as it refers to the location of the approved plant.
