Fit out of internal office areas to existing 4th, 5th and 6th floors including strip out of existing non bearing internal partitions and joinery, independent from historic fabric; strip out of existing kitchens at rear rooms to 4th and 5th Floors; replacement of existing carpet floor tiles for new carpet floor, vinyl floor and ceramic tiles on existing non historic suspended subfloor; new proposed plaster board and glazed non bearing partitions and doors to form new layout, fixed to non historic fabric; decoration to existing perimetral independent lining partitions and ceilings; new proposed kitchen and toilets; installation of new lighting, small power and data and security system.
