Amendments to planning permission dated 27th August 2024 (RN:24/03215/FULL) for: Demolition behind retained front facade and construction of replacement house including replacement rear extension and terrace at lower height with new shallow balcony at second floor level; replacement of the fenestration and the roof of the existing mansard to include inset PV panels and an enclosed plant deck; and reposition front door with shallower porch. NAMELY, to allow amendments to ground floor rear fenestration.
