Addition of a second-floor rear extension, with a third-floor roof terrace positioned above; installation of a stairlift with a tip-up seat, providing access to the upper floor of their duplex apartment; addition of the roof terrace will help create level access to amenity space; roof terrace enclosed by metal railings and privacy screens to ensure both safety and privacy. Installation of two new windows proposed as part of the rear extension. An internal reconfiguration is proposed to facilitate the rear extension, which will accommodate a Therapy Room with an accessible ensuite shower room.
