Amendments to planning permission dated 17 July 2024 (RN 24/02219/FULL) for the Flexible dual use of the crown level (Levels 29 and 30) as either Office Amenity (Class E) or Restaurant (Class E) / Bar (Sui Generis). Use of the ground floor entrance fronting Cardinal Place and part of the basement as Office Amenity (Class E) and Restaurant (Class E) / Bar (Sui Generis). Provision of short-stay cycle parking in the public realm and associated works, NAMELY to amend the approved plans to secure the internal reconfiguration of the ground floor.
