Variation (under Section 73) of Condition 28 to substitute those plans approved under 24/00219/FULL for the Construction of 4no. detached dwellings, with associated parking, carports and entrance gates, following demolition of existing buildings, removal of all areas of hard standing and commercial uses with amended plans and consequential amendments to condition 3 (Surface water drainage and 24 (Energy statement) .
