Partial demolition of rear "bowling alley" extension. Full demolition and re-build of side garage and rear sun room extensions. Internal alterations to convert 5 x 1 bed flats and 1 x 6 bed house (use class C3) into 9 x 1 bed flats for adults with specialist needs and 1 x carer's accommodation (use class C2).
