Proposal
Tree 1 - Picea abies (Pink circle) Tree 1 works - Fell to ground level due to close proximity to neighbouring house and power lines. Tree 2 - Chamaecyparis lawsoniana (Blue circle) Tree 2 works - Reduce in height to approximately gutter height of neighbouring property and trim foliage that remains to prevent encroachement of garden. (essentially creating more of a hedge effect than a singular tree).
