Modification to S106 Agreement secured under planning ref: 18/0447/FULL to substitute the delivery of 2 Discounted Market Sales Houses to be sold at a discount of 20% below local market value as defined by the NPPF, with consequential amendments throughout the agreement , with consequential amendments throughout the agreement to allow this tenure of affordable homes in substitution for that required by the original agreement
