Glazed entrance over 2 storeys replacing existing windows at first and second floors, removal of garage door and replacement with new rendered wall and window, revised fenestration. roof re-tiled with dormer to front elevation, new rooflights to the east and west elevations and covered balcony/terrace to the rear with hip to gable extension. Two rectangular lantern lights within a zinc roof replacing flat roof over former Garage / secondary entrance and kitchen and re-landscaping of existing raised rear terrace area and new standalone garage to front.
