Full Proposal

Installation of replacement windows, refurbishment of the brickwork, replacement of felt roof covering and roof tiles, upgrade to services and the replacement of existing basement window with a door, new access to the basement vault for use as bike store, amendments to internal layout and general refurbishment of office accommodation.
