Erection of a roof extension with sedum roof and rooflights to the front elevation, erection of a two-storey rear extension at first-floor level, replacement of windows to the rear elevation; repairs to the façade of the front elevation, internal reconfiguration of the first to third floors, including relocation of the staircase and changes to the internal layout all in connection with the creation of 1 x self-contained flat.
