Full proposal

Phase 4 comprises works to the Lower Ground Floor, Third Floor, and Fourth Floor. The demolition scope includes the removal of internal elements to provide clear access to asbestos-containing materials (ACMs). This will be followed by the removal of ACM service trenches and service risers, and then a full strip-out of remaining elements to shell condition within designated areas, in preparation for a future laboratory fit-out.
