Renovation and extension of the Dores Inn, new bakery (incorporating cafe/shop, public toilets and beach changing facilities), service building, general storage, boat kiosk and jetty, car parking, relocation of glass recycling point, landscape (including realigned burn and relocated/new football pitch/play park), nature and biodiversity improvements, paths (temporary diversion and permanent), repair/ improvements to loch wave defence, access and associated drainage/service infrastructure
