Erection of single-storey wrap-around extension with a pitched roof, extension to the rear of the existing habitable loft space, amendments to the existing front window dormer, and fenestrations as well as new porch, 12 x PV panels to the rear roof. All following the demolition of the existing attached garage and rear extension.
