Removal/cutting down of leylandii hedge in private garden to increase light.

Full Proposal

We wish to cut down the leylandii on the right hand side of our garden. It blocks the sunlight from the Barberry tree that is also growing in our garden as well as the vegetable patches next to the Leylandii. The house was unoccupied for a number of years before we moved in and has grown large and really blocks light. There is already limited light as the garden is overlooked by a number of trees in the neighboring properties.
