Full proposal

The proposals to the Farm House include; the conversion of the existing Cowshed into habitable space (to include living area and bedroom). Replacement of existing deteriorated roof finish and repair & some replacement to the existing roof structure, as necessary. Removal of non-original modern internal finishes and thermal upgrade to some external elements, including replacement windows. Structural remedial works to the existing stonework as recommended by structural consultant to include the demolition and rebuild of the failing gable wall.
