Common beech (Fagus sylvatica) - Remove tree. Fluted stem base with exudations and fungal fruiting bodies consistent with Kretzschmaria deusta (brittle cinder). Significant dieback in outer canopy. Foliage smaller and more sparse than expected. Tree is over a parking area & close to residential accommodation. High target area.
